Will we share the property?+
No. Every booking has exclusive use of Bay Hill Country House, including its garden, patio and pool. The cottage is never rented separately.
Can the beds be separated?+
Yes. Each king bed can be prepared as two singles when requested before arrival.
Is the cottage included?+
The cottage opens only for bookings of nine or ten guests and forms part of the same exclusive reservation.
Are pets or events allowed?+
Bay Hill Country House does not accommodate pets, parties or unregistered visitors. The property is for accommodation guests only.
What happens during power interruptions?+
A backup inverter supports selected essentials. Guests also have Wi-Fi, air conditioning and secure parking or garage space.
